It's not quite the drunk e-mailing safeguard they rolled out a few weeks ago, but the folks at Gmail are clearly having a good time, these days. The team behind the popular Webmail app today rolled out a number of emoticons.
Located behind a button that sits directly to the right of the text editing option, the new emoticons hit a fairly broad spectrum of emotional communication, from simple smiling faces to a pile of poop swarmed by animated flies.
Gmail has also added a number of new emoticon to Gchat.
